Michelle Salazar has joined National Engineering & Consulting, Inc.’s team in our Mechanical and Plumbing department. Ms. Salazar has over 15 years of experience in HVAC and plumbing design. She is an expert in California building codes and a valuable asset to our MEP team. Her thorough design history includes a plethora of project types.
